You will need a car to get to this beautiful spot – check out rental car options here! The most popular way to reach the cove is by taking the Cathedral Cove Walk, an easy-to-moderate hike starting from the carpark near Hahei Beach.

• Time: About 30–45 minutes each way
• Trail: Coastal track with ocean views and lush bush
• Difficulty: Suitable for most fitness levels

Don’t rush—the journey is as beautiful as the destination, with panoramic views that will make you stop for photos more than once.
